Sonar not putting episodes in proper folder

Sonarr version (2.0.0.5338):
Mono version (6.8.0.105):
OS: Linux on QNAP
Debug logs:
Description of issue:
Newb question and I’m sure someone has had the issue before but I can’t find it using the search function.
Sonar is not putting episodes in the proper show/season folders. Sonar will pull the episode with sabnzbd (v2.3.9 [03c10dc]) but it drops it in my TV folder and not in the dir. that I have in the shows path. i.e. /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Media/TV/The 100/
What am I missing/doing wrong?

Additional Information:
On my qnap I’m running Jackett, Sonarr, Radarr, Qmono and Lidarr. Sabnzbd runs on my Macbook. The qnap folders are mounted on Macbook of course. Radarr puts the movies in the proper folder. i.e. /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Media/Movies/Necromancer 2020 (2019)

I don’t know what I’m missing. I’ve been moving the episodes into their proper show/season folders for months now and it’s getting old. :frowning:

Sabnzbd has /Volumes/Media/TV. Is that what’s screwing up?

TIA

Check Activity: Queue and debug logs, you probably need a remote path mapping in Sonarr to tell it where to actually import from.

I found the below in the Sonarr debug logs but I’m not sure why it’s using that path. The path in Sonarr is: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Media/TV/Yellowstone/

The path below is the mount point on my Macbook that Sabnzbd has the NAS path mounted…

If you have this working in radarr, why don’t you look at the config and do something similar in sonarr? Radarr is a fork of sonarr after all, and core functionality is the same. Check out the paths used, remote path mappings, …

I have but radarr just drops them into: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Media/Movies/ on the NAS like Sonarr is just dropping them into: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Media/TV/ and seems to be ignoring the path for each show/season. i.e. Sonarr put episodes in: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Media/TV/ instead of: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Media/TV/The 100/ like the path shows when I look at the path in edit series…

No, Sonarr will only drop them in series folders. It sounds like your download client is putting the files there (which you should avoid, don’t mix sorted and unsorted files).

20-7-21 10:58:33.1|Error|DownloadedEpisodesImportService|Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: /Volumes/Media/TV/Yellowstone.2018.S01E09.720p.WEBRip.x264-TBS-Obfuscated/

Is relevant, unless you tell Sonarr how to find that path (with a remote path mapping) then it’ll never import anything.

Next time upload the logs somewhere and link them here.

I’ve looked high and low through my Sonarr setting page and I have /Volumes/Media/TV/episode anywhere however sabnzbd does have /Volumes/Media/TV/ I don’t understand how/where Sonarr would be getting that path unless fed back from sabnzbd somehow.

That’s exactly where it’s coming from, SAB tells Sonarr what is available to import and from where.
