Hello! Sonaar stopped working for me Sunday night and I am at a loss. My brother set it up for me last year and I’ve had no issues until now. I’ve restarted my computer several times, but each time I type in localhost and select sonaar, I get the error my connection has timed out. Nothing has changed on my computer since this started happening, so I am pretty baffled. Any help is very appreciated!!
What do the log files show?

Where do I find the log files? I know I used to be able to look at them in the web interface, but since it doesn’t load, I’m not sure where to go.
I think I found it, its crazy long. Do you want me to paste the whole thing?
Pastebin/xmbclogs/dropbox will work, don’t post it in the thread please.
Thank you so much for your help.
Did I do this right?
Yes, thank you.
It looks there there is another copy of Sonarr running, but possibly in a failed state.
- Check task manager to see if anything NzbDrone related is running and stop it if it is
- Start Sonarr and see if it loads
- If it doesn’t load try a restart of the system

I don’t know what was different about restarting this time as opposed to the other five times LOL - but it worked! Thank you so much for your help, especially since it was a pretty basic problem.
