Sonaar Not Copying Entire File

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5338
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 6.4.0.198
OS: Ubuntu
Description of issue: I recently updated to the most recent release in august and every since that time Sonarr appears to not be completely copying the file from the completed location to its final storage folder. This is causing issues with playback. For example I just downloaded a 3.7gb file and when I review the file after it has been moved its only showing 2.8gb. The final size will also vary everytime I try to redownload the same file. Im not really sure how to troubleshoot.

Seems like at some point in he move process Sonarr is hanging. I am try to sift through the logs but not having much success. Where should I start on finding out why sonarr is hanging with just the simple move process?

Additionally, once sonarr unhangs and completes the move I see two files. One playable and one a .partial. Both the same size, both smaller than the file should be.

From where to where are you moving files? There’s an issue with certain mounts. NFS? I forgot. Check the forums for “truncated” or a search term along those lines. Not sure if relevant, but that popped up in my mind…

Just saw some of those posts. I was using SMB so I am currently changing to NFS and trying that. Hopefully it works.
