Description of issue:
hi, I’m trying to download german series and set the language in the profile
but sonarr does not detect the german relases on my indexer (nzbgeek.info)
if I search manually on the indexers page I find the german releases (mostly with both audio tracks, which is exactly what I want)
the titles of this episodes are in german and I guess this is the problem
when I search manually in sonarr GUI I only find english titles, no german titles there (and of course it says “not wanted in profile”)
I’ve only found old and closed posts in this forum, none which pointed in the right direction
what am I missing?
PS: I was running v2.0.0.5252 and switched to develop branch to see if this might fix it

EDIT:
I’ve now manually added the nzb with the german release to SABnzbd
and it does not even show up in the activity tab of Sonarr
manual importing tells me “unknown series”
