Will provide if required. Current logs show the series refresh completes successfully with no SkyHook or TheTVDB errors.
Description of issue:
TVDB series ID: 477412 (GTO: Great Teacher Onizuka (2026))
TheTVDB website already has episode titles (e.g. “GREAT 1”, “GREAT 2”, etc.), but Sonarr continues to show all episodes as “TBA”.
Troubleshooting performed:
- Ran Refresh & Scan on the series.
- Ran System > Tasks > Refresh Series.
- Verified Sonarr is using the correct TVDB ID (477412).
- Verified Sonarr’s episode API returns
"title": "TBA"for all episodes. - No errors appear in the Sonarr logs during refresh.
I then queried the SkyHook endpoint directly:
https://skyhook.sonarr.tv/v1/tvdb/shows/en/477412
The episode objects returned by SkyHook do not contain a title field, even though the titles are present on TheTVDB website.
Since Sonarr imports metadata from SkyHook, it appears to be storing the episodes as “TBA” because the title field is missing from the SkyHook response.
Could someone please verify whether this is a SkyHook metadata synchronization/cache issue for TVDB ID 477412?
