Description of issue: Reinstalled Windows and matched every show but one. I’m Sorry (2017). Verified on wikipedia and thetvdb that I have the info correct (it was fine pre-reinstall) but now it won’t match. It brings up a dozen other shows that aren’t even close to the same name. Removed, rescanned, made new folders and moved the video files over, still tries to match to, initially, Nam Sor Sai (2017) Channel 7…for some reason. Any idea how to force it to see the show name when it exists everywhere?
Can you elaborate on where it’s unable to match? Are you using Library Import and it doesn’t find that series and you can’t override the search term to find it?
In Add New Series at least I’m Sorry (2017) has that series as the first result for me.
That’s correct. I do Library Import and even try Add New but when I put in I’m Sorry (2017) it can’t find it. I have the latest version of Sonarr installed. I even try putting in the series ID pulled directly from thetvdb and it says it doesn’t exist.
Without Debug/Trace logs I can only guess what the issue could be, so please follow the information in the post template (from when you opened this thread) to upload the logs and link them here.
