Is there anyway I can have my TV shows placed in the root folders of the individual series path’s? By default the series has selected the following as an example - Z:\Videos\TV Shows\Better Call Saul\Better Call Saul. I removed the second instance of the series name as all my TV shows are listed in their respective parent directory’s.
When I attempt to make this change Sonarr states “Path is already configured as a root folder”. Is there anyway to work around this difficulty?
You added the shows incorrectly. The root folder is the PARENT of the series folder… so Z:\Videos\TV Shows in your case.
If it affects only a few shows you can fix it one by one.
If you don’t have many shows at all… it’s quicker to start over. Remove all shows from sonarr. Then go to Add Series->Import Existing. Clear all the ‘Recent Folders’ from the list, you can then leave the dialog. Then re-add the shows properly.
