Hey,

Thanks for wonderful software

As a user, when I view series page (i.e. http://localhost:8989/series/alan-partridges-mid-morning-matters ), I want to be able to toggle “Hide/Show All Episodes” so I can view all monitored episodes without clicking every “Show Episodes”

Issues can be posted on the forums, if we need to create a GitHub issue to track it for later fixing/implementation we will.
