Description of issue:
Added series Quarry to Sonnar and when I go to visit the series page I get redirected to www.crashsafari.com.

Are you trying to go to an external series page?
Have you tried a different browser?

Nothing in Sonarr would ever go to that URL, it sounds like a bad extension or malware.

I have tried multiple browsers from multiple machines and for that particular series I always get redirected to crashsafari.

I haven’t set anything up anything in sonarr to work differently than the defaults.

I reviewed my pastbin and noticed it cached a call

http://piwik.sonarr.tv/piwik.php?action_name=Quarry&idsite=1&rec=1&r=909903&h=22&m=6&s=19&url=http%3A%2F%2Flocal%2Fseries%2Fquarry&_id=01b19e89be0c11dd&_idts=1480301242&_idvc=2&_idn=0&_refts=0&_viewts=1480307872&send_image=0&pdf=1&qt=0&realp=0&wma=0&dir=0&fla=1&java=0&gears=0&ag=0&cookie=1&res=2048x1152&cvar={"1"%3A["version"%2C"2.0.0.3732"]%2C"2"%3A["branch"%2C"master"]}&gt_ms=8

Which returns 301 This happens write before the call to crashsafari.com so I am not sure if this could be part of it.

It’ll happen if you browse that show on thetvdb too, their data must have been poisoned somehow :cold_sweat:

No, it’s unrelated.

Are you trying to go to the TVDB page for Quarry?

I am trying to go to quarry and get redirected to crashsafari in sonarr

@markus101 To be slightly clearer on what I observed last night:

Browsing this show on the TVDB causes a redirect; the data includes some javascript.

That poisoned data is (was? I’ve not checked again today) making it all the way through into Sonarr’s series page for the show, if you add it. (Which, incidentally, makes removing the show a pain).

Update: The javascript is in the episode name for S01E09.

Thanks! That’s nice of whichever asshat did that. Skyhook will now filter out scripts from the title and description so this won’t be an issue.

Refreshing all series will update Quarry and it will work again.

Great job tracking this down. This forum is great!

And thanks to all the Sonarr developers for making such a great tool!
