I am using Sonarr on Linux set up with a Torrent Blackhole and a torrent indexer.
I am having issues with season packs. I set all issues of a season as monitored. I then do a season search for monitored episodes for that season. The season pack is found and ultimately all episodes are then placed in my Torrent Blackhole. What ends up happening on post-processing is I ultimately just have S03E01. The other episodes are never processed and then the Torrent Blackhole directory is deleted.
Am I doing something wrong in my approach or do I need to configure Sonarr diffrently to download and process complete season packs?
We need some more information, without debug logs we don’t have any insight into why only one episode was imported.

I selecting all episodes from Bosch Season 03 to monitor. Then did a season search. Season pack was downloaded, but in the end only episode 1 was downloaded into Sonarr.

Sonarr only saw one file, if the season pack was RARed and was extracting to the blackhole completed folder that would explain it, as Sonarr saw a download and imported it, having no knowledge that other files were being extracted.
The solution to this is to extract to an intermediate folder then move the season pack’s folder to the folder Sonarr is monitoring, that way when Sonarr sees the folder it is completely extracted and with a move (on the same volume being instant it won’t missed any files).
