Search for episodes in specific language

Sonarr version (exact version): 4.0.12.2823
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):6.12 base (focal) (I believe)
OS: Docker
Debug logs: NA
Description of issue: I had my profiles set up incorrectly and ended up with a show in non original language, I now have that fixed, but I would really like to now find all the shows that have “upgraded” themselves to the other languages, is there a way I can filter to show shows not in English or something like that? I see a filter for “original language” but this isn’t what I want.

Thanks for any pointers to help me out!

On Activity: Histor you could use a custom filter with all the languages you want to check for (no way to check for all except one).
