Scene Naming (TVDB Naming Conflicts)

Fixed, restart Sonarr or wait for it to update automatically.

Thanks again Markus for the help and quick response.

Could you please add scene exceptions for Frontline (US). Here are examples of the ways that episodes are released:

Frontline.S32E17.Firestone.and.the.Warlord.720p.HDTV.x264-TOPKEK.mkv
Frontline.US.S32E13.Losing.Iraq.720p.HDTV.x264-TERRA.mkv
PBS.Frontline.S2014E03.Syrias.Second.Front.WEBRip.AAC2.0.H.264-BTN .mp4

Thank you!

Put them on the list (look at the first post).

Any idea as to when some of the last weeks scene naming will ne up dated?
In particular: Line 468? Jail:Las Vegas?

Thanks

Sonarr is not snatching the new episode of american dad even though it is mapped, any ideas?

I’m seeing the same issue also. Restarted Sonarr, and rescanned American Dad, but manual search still shows nothing, although my indexers all show s11e07.

Loving Sonarr by the way, excellent work.

Markus101,

I have put Scott & Bailey (3/1/2015 8:53:32) on the list so you can set it right

Party Down South and Party Down South 2 have now been split on the TVDB, and mapped correctly to the scene on thexem, but them being included in this table appears to be causing some issues after the split. I think it can safely be removed from this table now?

I’m happy that the handling of series names, alternative names and searching is greatly improved over sickrage

I requested an exception for The Challenge but doesn’t look like it was approved. How do I get this error below fixed?

Because I didn’t see any usages of it when I looked to see if it was a valid name, where are you seeing this come from?

These releases are coming from BTN.

Thanks. Added now.

Awesome, thanks! Had a pending post process in the queue and it automatically processed now! Thanks again.

I added Nashville, but the comment was “added months ago”.

The only previous Nashville I can find in that Google Doc has the comment “not a naming issue”.

Searches still aren’t picking it up. Is there some debug info I can provide to help narrow down the problem?

Thanks!

@enkoopa Tnx for posting here, markus checked and it’s already in the db, it’s just so long ago that it isn’t on the sheet anymore.
Btw. You should be able to see the tag ‘Nashville’ in the series details page, under the series description. the aliases are displayed there as badges with a gray background.

I’m assuming the results you talked about don’t show up in Manual Search.
What might be the case is that althub doesn’t properly associate the Nashville (without year) results with the right tvrageid. (Sonarr asks the indexer to give all results for that tvrageid.) If that’s the case you’ll have to ask althub to fix the association. You might be able to see the tvrageid associated with the search result on althub on the webui, but I dunno, don’t have access.

Just to clarify: Sonarr searches using tvrageid and then parses and filters those results based on the aliases, picks something to download, downloads it and then tries to import, during import it will once again use the aliases to figure out where a file belongs to.
