Scene Naming Built Into Sonarr

Is it possible to have the scene naming feature built into sonarr so the requests don’t have to be forwarded to you guys? This will allow the users to manage it themselves, and lower the resources consumed on your end.

Essentially, I see this working by taking the Scene title, and replacing it with a new title when sonarr receives the list for the indexer (and possible before it processes the list). Additionally, there should be an option to add a number of episodes to the URL during import (either manual or when downloader finishes), so if a release is finished, it gets placed in the correct season.

Example

Number of episodes to add (default to 0/optional): 13
Scene Name: Nanbaka S2
Sonarr Name: The Number

Scene Release Title: Nanbaka S2 - 01.mkv
What sonarr sees: The Number - 14.mkv

Please let me know if this is possible/being worked on. This feature is extremely useful for anyone who is using sonarr to manage their anime because sonarr often gets the names wrong.

Thanks!

Anime scene naming is mostly handled by thexem.de, which includes the season/episode translation.

We have no plans to allow setting aliases from the UI, but we have plans to request new aliases from the UI.
