Sample problem with sonarr

hi all
recently every single download is coming up as Unable to determine if this is a sample

ive checked logs and its statin access denied

im on a synology nas and all my permission are correct and set

when i go into permission and tick to use with sub folders and files , it works and the file gets imported properly

im having to do this everytime on every file

any idea?

please fill out the forum template you destroyed - including logs and version.

this is almost guaranteed to be a permissions issue.
