I would like to add that I also have radarr and lidarr setup and these are still running with no issues.
At the time of wirting this the SABnzbd issue appears to have resolved its self however it is reporting an issues with all other indexers now.
I am running an lscr.io/linuxserver/sonarr:latest image in contationer station on a QNAP NAS
I will upload a copy of the log file when I have worked out how to do so, but it might help if you could explain this to me.

Thank you for those who generally tried to help, however just pointing me to somewhere I had alread been and read dose not help.
Anyway all that said I have now fixed my issues, by changing the address in Prowler for the sonar app and then putting it back to the original address.
I don’t know why and frankly don’t care, but my installations are all working as expected now.
