Root folder not there

I am trying to create a root folder. I have a picture of the file I want to do as to settings on it. If I am missing something let me know. Its address is exactly as Discs shows and can be easily gotten to. It is on a 4tb hard drive. I am at a loss as to what comes next. Thank you

solved this one. Had to do with my who owned what when it came to folders. Stuff was owned by root, sonarr, me, etc. Now I own it all and, I started creating root folders and it all happened. I suspect it had to do with updating an abuntu from 24 to 25 but not sure and makes no difference as its fixed now. Genuine mess.
