Restore Backup from Older Version

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.449
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.6.2
OS: unRAID (Docker)

Description of issue:

I performed an OS upgrade on my server that required all add-ons to be migrated to Dockers. I have a configuration backup from 2.0.0.350. Can I restore that to the version I’m running now (v2.0.0.449).

I manually restored all of my settings, but I don’t really want to re-create all of my series. The backup file I have shows two files (config.xml & nzbdrone.db).

You’re missing a number from the version number, unless you’re running a build that is many years old. Sonarr should automatically upgrade the database for use with the latest version when it starts up, so restoring that older backup should be no problem.
