Repack not being upgraded based on Preferred Words score

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.1.482
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.18.1.0
OS: Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS

Description of issue:

I am not sure if I am missing something but repack releases are not getting upgraded with releases having higher preferred word scores.

Existing Release: Lucifer.S04E10.REPACK.1080p.WEB.x264-STRiFE
New Release: Lucifer.S04E10.iNTERNAL.HDR.1080p.WEB.h265-PALEALE

Just adding my +1 to this issue:

When the existing file has repack/proper in the name but with lower weight, Sonarr will download an upgrade with a higher weighted preferred word, but it will not import it.

Disabled proper/repack function:

Failed to import that upgrade due to existing file having the proper/repack tag:
