Remote path for media

I have two synology NAS devices. 1 NAS has my media on it and its name is Diskstation1. I have a second NAS which has Sonarr/SABNZBD/CouchPotato/Transmission running. All these apps download their files locally to Diskstation 2 which hosts Sonarr etc.

The problem I have is telling Sonarr that my media is located on DiskStation1. I tried \diskstation1\media\shows and it tells me invalid path. How do I do this?

You will need to mount the remote file system to a local folder for Sonarr to use it.
