Release Rejected, larger than maximum allowed

So this evening I was doing some manual searches and came across something that I have never seen before. A release was about an hour old and I got a message that stated
"Release Rejected
213.3BM is larger than maximum allowed 100.0MB (for 1 min)"

What does this mean?

I have never seen this before

The max (and min) size is based on the series run time, if the series run time is 1 minute the limit will be low. The series will need to be updated on TheTVDB by someone (anyone with a free account can).
