My WEB-DLs are not getting repalced by bluray copies of the show because it can only find season packs. When I looked at the reason why, it shows that they are being rejected for being full season packs.
Is there a checkbox or setting somewhere that I have to change in order to fix this?
That’s because a manual search for a single episode will reject full season packs. If you do a season search Sonarr will process them and upgrade them.
As for why Sonarr didn’t grab them automatically, likely because it never saw them on an RSS feed (which is how Sonarr finds things to grab, as explained in the ((FAQ))).
