Hello I’m new to Sonarr I have issues with it snatching episodes from TV Shows/Anime I get this error. Also I don’t understand why it keeps snatching the same nzb files that have health problems in nzbget and I have to manually download the episodes that do work Please help!!! Thanks:grinning:
What is your Bluray 1080p size limit set to?
What does Sonarr show as the run time for that series?
Size limits are based on run time of the series then for packs multiple by the number of episodes. Also logs, version information and everything else requested when opening a support thread.
The thing is this is a problem for all the episodes no matter they are blu-ray or not

Settings > Indexers > Maximum Size
Reset it to the default which is 0 (meaning unlimited), or something sensible. It’s a global maximum, not a minimum.

That seemed to be the problem thanks so much. Also when you set tags are they supposed to search for those tags?
Tags are not search terms, but used to link series to settings. There are a number of settings where you can use tags:
- Delay profiles
You can e.g. create a delay profile which will only search torrents, and put a tag “myfavoriteseries”. - Restrictions
You can create a restriction with “awesomereleasegroup” in the “must contains” field, and add the tag “myfavoriteseries”. - Connections
You can create an email connection with “on download” enabled, with the tag “myfavoriteseries”.
Now you can edit a series (wrench icon, either from the list of series, or in the series details), and add the tag “myfavoriteseries”.
From now on, for this series sonarr will only accept torrents from awesomereleasegroup and send you a mail when it has downloaded something.
In any tag field, you can put however many tags as you want and sonarr will apply everything. So you can split up the three settings above into a “torrentonly”, “awesomereleasegroup” and “mailme” tag.
You can then apply “torrentonly” and “awesomereleasegroup” tag to series A, “awesomereleasegroup” to series B, “torrentonly” and “mailme” to series C… you get the idea

I understand thanks now that solves my tvshow problem so how can I get it to for example an anime that is dual audio or English.
