Refresh Series Task Stuck

Hello,

My Refresh Series Task keeps hanging up and never completes. Ive turned the log level to trace but do not see any errors that would relate to this that i know of.

Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: C:\Downloads\Torrent\Incomplete\Tyrant.S01E10.720p.HDTV.x264-KILLERS[rarbg]

Which i verified is not there, and does not get added to plex. I dont think its related.

Also, it seems that sonarr has also stopped cleaning up nzbs from my downloader like it was before and it finished downloading a show.

How can i figure out where the refresh task is hung at?
I dont see anything in the logs that give me any clues.

Running the lastest Dev release.

Sonarr version (exact version):
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS:
Debug logs:
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here)
