ReDownload Torrent

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5338
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.20.1.34
OS: UnRaid 6.8.2
Debug logs:
Description of issue: I did change Deluge docker download path. Then all torrents appeared as “Error downloading” and I decided to delete them all to start over. But when I went to Sonarr to search those torrents again, they are not showing up. Tryed manual search and neither, are they maybe “blacklisted” as I did delete them?

If they didn’t show up in Manual Search then your indexer didn’t return them as a result.

Without ((debug logs)) we can’t see why the results that were returned were rejected.

Sorry, attached now. I think that they are marked as download failed.

That’s not a reason why a search would fail.

If you look in Manual Search for the Red exclamation mark you can see why each release was rejected or look at the debug logs for Release rejected for the following reasons. Releases that Sonarr doesn’t reject it will log Release accepted (and in Manual search won’t show a red exclamation mark for that release).

Release rejected for the following reasons: [Permanent] Existing file meets cutoff: HDTV-720p, [Permanent] Spanish is wanted, but found English, [Permanent] Quality for existing file on disk is of equal or higher preference: HDTV-720p v1, [Permanent] Episode is not monitored

Each of those reasons will prevent grabbing, all would need to be resolved for Sonarr to grab it.

But they do not appear on “manual search”. They are monitored and missing.

When I manual search, it only shows me some bad quality torrents and if I go to “History” tab, I can see there the good one, the one i did delete from deluge.

I’ll attach the logs if there’s something new: https://pastebin.com/vkNFQfLm

if they dont appear on a manual search then they dont exist on your indexer. wont matter if the search is manual or automatic, they both return the same results, manual just lets you pick.

the “good” one that you aborted was 3500 days old (almost 10 years). its possible it no longer exists (although typically they do hang around forever but are pointless to download as no one is seeding any more)

after you downloaded that torrent the indexer may have updated the seeder numbers for it and noticed that its incredibly old and had no seeders so purged it?

basically lots of reasons but they all mean its no longer on the indexer

for stuff that old you may be better off searching for season packs instead of individual episodes (dvd and bluray are typically ripped as one upload and would be much more recent)

if you really really want the same torrent then go into the series, open the episode, click on history, find the grab entry for the torrent, mouse over the i at the end of its line to popup info about the grab, click on the info url - download it from there and add it to your download client manually. this is presuming it hasnt been removed from your indexer.

Yeah I know this torrent is really old, but it’s working. I grabbed it four days ago and it did download smoothly. Also, I can download the “.torrent” from it’s site. Nothing has changed from two days ago but sonarr not letting me choose it again.
Is there a way that I can delete the history or whatever that might be causing this?
I just tryed deleting all files in my download folder but no luck.

History does not cause the indexer to not return search results.

This won’t change anything either unless you deleted all the sorted files, in which case you’d need to refresh all series, but that’s only going to let Sonarr grab the lower quality releases it’s actually seeing.

If you already have the files why are you trying to grab them again? If you want to continue seeding you’ll need to import all the torrents to your client again, but Sonarr is not meant to do that.

You can go through history and follow the info links to regrab torrents manually.

I had the files, but my download folder was a mess so I decided to wipe it out. Sonarr could not import the finished downloads because spanish renaming isn’t working really good due to torrent names.

Isn’t this what is happening to me? When I search again I can only see some SDTV torrents.

Manual Import could have been used to solve that issue.

Yes, because your indexer isn’t returning the results you expect, Sonarr only shows what it gets back from the indexers. Either your categories aren’t what they should be for those indexers or there is something between Jackett/your indexer.
