Recognition of multi-episodes files

I have all my multi-episode files named in this way:

Friends - S10E17 - E18 (1080p BluRay) - The Last One

On a scan Sonarr does niet recognise this as multi-episode.
How can?

Rename it to:
Friends - S10E17E18 (1080p BluRay) - The Last One
or
Friends - S10E17-E18 (1080p BluRay) - The Last One

The spaces between the the two episode numbers is the issue, supporting that format would lead to incorrect parsing.
