Rank Indexers by user preference

It would be great to be able to set preferences for indexers, as some are

  1. Better than others
  2. Allow more API hits and/or downloads

I know this has been requested before, but its the only feature I miss from Sickbeard. At the very least this could be implemented for manual search?

It definitely wouldn’t be constrained to a specific portion of Sonarr, but with manual search you can choose the release to download.
