Radarr Unable to Import Movies - Help Needed

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with Radarr where it is unable to import movies. Here’s a brief overview of the problem:

Issue Description: Radarr seems to be having trouble importing movies. When a movie is downloaded, it doesn’t appear in the “Movies” section, and I don’t receive any error messages. I’ve checked the log files, but I haven’t been able to pinpoint the issue.

Steps Taken So Far:

  1. Verified that the download client is correctly configured.
  2. Checked file permissions and ensured Radarr has access to the download folder.
  3. Confirmed that the movie files are in the correct format and named appropriately.
  4. Restarted Radarr and the download client multiple times.
