Radarr download client is unavailable, green check on test

Sonarr version (4.0.0.731):
Radarr version (5.1.3.8246):
DSM 7.2:

Radarr on DSM says “download client is unavailable”. testing the client (download station) returns a green check. Sonarr uses the same client and appears to be set the same.

  • tried restarting
  • confirmed indexers are set to any download client
  • compared settings in sonarr (working download station)
