Radarr can't update to latest versions

Radarr version (exact version): Radarr version 3.0.1.4251
OS: Windows 10

Description of issue:
I can’t update to latest version after 3.0.1.4251. It tries, but it always says install latest under updates. Have restarted radarr and computer but i doesn’t help. 3.0.1.4251 is still currently installed.

Please help me resolve this
