QNAP NAS - Issues finding save folder

QSonarr version (2.0.0.4146):
QMono version (4.2.1.0):
OS: QNAP Firmware 4.2.2 on a TS-251+ NAS, also running NZBGet 150706
Description of issue: The QNAP gui FIle Manager Has a “Windows like” file structure. It shows /Nas_Name/DataVol1/Multimedia/TV (/Multimedia is a folder I created). When I run QSonarr and go to select a folder to save completed shows to, it gives me a Linux file structure.

I have found that I can browse to folder /share via QSonarr and there is a /multimedia folder that matches what I see in the FIle Manager gui. When I select /share/Multimedia/TV it seems to download, but nothing shows up in the folder when I look in the FIle Manager gui. I also found a /share a folder named /CACHEDEV1_DATA/Multimedia which has the same structure as I see in the gui. If I select that folder I get the same issue, it looks like files are downloading but then there is nothing showing up in the gui File Manager.

Plex finds nothing in either of these scenarios.

What am I doing wrong? This is driving me crazy

I’m assuming /share/multimedia is the series root folder. The Download client (whatever you’re using) downloads to a different location. Upon completion Sonarr should import/move the download to the series folder.

Where in Sonarr did you configure /shared/multimedia/TV? Asking coz I want to be sure we’re talking about the same thing.

When you add a series, you are prompted to enter a path from a drop down. Currently I have /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Multimedia/TV. On this screen it shows the series name, Path drop down, Monitor drop down, Profile drop down, Series Type drop down, Season Folders toggle, and Add and Search for missing episodes buttons.

I contacted QNAP support, and they told me that /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Multimedia/TV should be the correct address. Any idea what I am doing wrong then that is causing the files to not be saved after download?

We’d need to see ((debug logs)) to see if there is anything there about it failing to import. Could be a permissions issue on the downloaded file or on the /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Multimedia/TV side.
