This is happening to me too
While the log shows an error connecting when trying to delete the file, connection works OK while adding downloads or using the test connection button, seems related only to the delete command.
Files are getting downloaded and post-processed, but they aren’t being deleted from QB queue.
In my case too, there weren’t any config changes made other than the Sonarr update. Both programs running on the same physical host.
