Problems setting up Seedbox integration

Hi
I just installed Sonarr and apart from it not seeing my network drive at first (thanks for the help) it looks pretty nice!

I am having problems getting it to integrate with my Seedbox though.

I am to the stage where Sonarr sends the requsted torrent file to my Seedbox (seems intermittent) - which is retrieved and moved into my `watch’ folder on the Seedbox.

In the logs though I am seeing this message a lot!

The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server.

It seems to add it about a minute later but it is added as paused' and I can't seem to start it. If I stop’ them they say stopped but if I then start them again they go back to paused???

I had a few that did download on the seedbox but I can’t get Sonarr to retrieve them automatically.

My Remote Path Mappings are:

/home/seedbox/torrents/watch/ - this is where the seedbox moves the completed downloads

Mapped drive to S - if I go to Drive S on my local computer I see the watch folder from my seedbox, so I guess that must be mapped OK.

So I am sure I’ve completely messed it all up, I just keep getting different results, but nothing seems to get Sonarr to download the remote completed files.

  • uploads are now paused for some reason and I can’t change them
  • uploads that did work and completed were moved by the seedbox to the watch folder but then nothing

Any ideas or point me in the right direction, I looked at the Wiki and Forum posts

You checked this specific FAQ item? https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/wiki/FAQ#why-cant-sonarr-see-my-files-on-a-remote-server

Windows services commonly don’t have access to mapped drives, coz they’re mapped in your user session.

Hi

Sonarr can see the files on my network drive - media centre - it’s a problem of downloading the files from the remote seedbox.

I have Sonarr starting in the Startup folder - so it starts up OK and sees the networked files but is having issues with the seedbox.

Unless that could be the issue as well in which case I have mapped the drive as S but don’t know what else to try.
