Problem with Sonarr using SSL V3 to connect to dl clients

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.10.1567
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 6.12.0.200
OS: Ubuntu 22.04
Debug logs: Hastebin
Description of issue: Really weird issue here. Sonarr is unable to connect to a remote download client, which is using letsencrypt certs. (Tls 1.2+ with pfs allowed). effects both my sabnzbd and rtorrent/rutorrent. My read of the logs is that sonarr is trying to use ssl v3, which is not available on my download clients.

Readarr & Radarr are not having this issue with same dl clients. I can remove sonarr’s dl clients, and re-add them, but then it seems to regress to using this (unsafe) protocol version

Help!

for posterity.

Seems like i had a misconfig added ecently to nginx, which was only offering TLS 1.3, not TLS 1.2. Fixed that, and for now it seems to be fine.
