Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4146 Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): OS: Windows 10 x64 ((Debug logs)) (posted to hastebin or similar): Description of issue:
TV show is The Take (http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=100002&lid=7)
Error returned is Failed to get response from: http://thetvdb.com/banners/posters/100002-5.jpg The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
There are four posters available but Sonarr is trying to download one that does not exist.
Sonarr tries to download the one that TVDB returned with the series, which is usually the top ranked one. Looking at their API that is still the poster they are returning. We’ll have to see if a forced update on their side will do anything (I just triggered one), otherwise its something they will need to look into.
OK. Thanks for the response. I had a feeling it was probably their end. What might be a feature for the future is the ability to select which poster you want when editing the series.
Edited the series on TheTVDB to add a space at the end of the summary (an easy way to cause it to update) then cleared the cache for that series on our TVDB proxy (skyhook). You can easily do the edit part which takes ~15 minutes to update on the API and then up to an hour for our cache to clear automatically, usually about 2 hours total to do it all.
