Problem with finished torrent location

Sonarr version (2.0.0.3953)
Mono version (4.2.1)

I’m running rtorrent with rutorrent as a front end. When the torrent finishes it’s in this directory… /home/vinnie/TV/
I need it to be in /home/vinnie/TV/(name of series)/
When I’m using the nzb features it all works like it should but when using torrents it doesn’t. Can someone please help?

I’m editing this post because I now realize that even though rtorrent / rutorrent is placing the downloaded episode in the /home/vinnie/TV/ directory , that it’s also placing what seems to be a copy or hard link in the correct series folder. Is sonarr doing this or is it rtorrent / rutorrent doing this? And is there a way to just have the episode put into the series folder instead of the copy or hard link?

That is Sonarr sorting it, you should keep sorted and unsorted files separate, it helps keep things organized and avoid issues trying to resort already sorted files.

No, that is not possible.
