Would it be possible to configure a priority for downloads? In other words, you should search for a package of all the episodes in one torrent file, and if the package is rejected, you should try downloading each episode individually.
Just to clarify - how does Sonarr determine which torrents to download?
Does it depend on the indexer server?

To my knowledge, if episodes and season packs are both available and all other things are equal, the season pack is preferred. Otherwise:
