Preferred words? H.265

Please be kind to a dumb person.
I’ve been looking up how to get Sonarr to get h265 files. I’ve found posts about preferred words, but I can’t locate that area in Sonnar to input them.

Where do I put in the preferred words?

Sonarr > Settings > Profiles > Release Profiles > +

Ok, I am a bit confused. I don’t see a “release Profiles” under profiles

wow, I did tell you I’m a dummy right.
I’m running 2.0 still, I didn’t realize the upgrade to 3.0 was manual.

So now I see the release profile area.
