Description of issue:
Having an issue with v3 not deleting episode folders on upgrade. My episode naming is in the {Original Title}/{Original Title} format. Sonarr does delete the actual video file but leaves the folder behind. Looking through the debug log there are no errors and no attempts to delete the folder. I have the Delete empty folders option enabled.

This requires Delete empty folders to be enabled at the moment, we’ll have to look into supporting removing empty folders when that is not enabled for this scenario.
I do have that option enabled but episode folders are not being deleted. Season folders and series folders are deleted as expected though.
Sorry missed that in your original post, I think I know why, I’ll take a look.
Immediate children we checked, but other sub folders were not, we’ll get that fixed up.
