Password protected releases

Hi folks,

So recently we have been getting a great deal of password protected releases. I have set Sabnzbd to abort these but it does not and marks them completed. Since Sonarr thinks that they are completed it does not continue searching for them. I can post on the Sabnzbd forum for this.

My question is, is there any file or something that contains the release info so I can see if the password is embedded in that file or something? I read in another post that there is, but I can’t seem to find the location.

Properly indexed releases typically include the password in the NZB. Sab should be able to decrypt these just fine.

If that isn’t working then I suggest perhaps try a different indexer

Hi fanboy, Thanks for your reply. I actually switched to NZBGet. Works great, using password detector script.
