New to Sonarr but have managed to set it up with Jackett and all is working fine, my only question at the moment is, can the order of indexers be tweaked so if all three of mine have the file it downloads from my top choice first?

That’s not currently possible.
There is a longer standing issue:
It is a low priority change that we haven’t gotten to though.
Fair enough, I’m already happy with the way it works.
