NZBDrone not completing processing

HI,

My version of Drone is the latest (NzbDrone Ver. 2.0.0.1861), and Mono version 3.10, running on Ubuntu.

My issue is that NZBDrone will find an episode from an indexer, and will send the request to SAB, no problem. SAB will then download it without issue, and will unpack and move it to the Completed folder.

However, the second that NZBDrone sends it to SAB, the little downloading icon appears, but no purple progress bar appears in SAB. If I F5 while in Drone, then the ! icon appears, and it says no episode on disk.

In logs I get no clues, I’ve tried on a couple of different shows, it just seems to send the report to SAB and then completely forget about it. Any ideas?

I think I might have solved it by completely cleaning out my SAB history.

Could you think of a reason why this would cause this issue, maybe it was still trying to process old files or something?

History -> Queue in drone will show what hasn’t been processed, but since the purple progress bar never appeared it sounds like a configuration issue.

Did you configure a category in SAB for drone to use?

You can check debug logs for more information.

deef, the Series2 you added needs a naming exception because of the UK part in the name. trakt and tvdb don’t have that.
(Yes, I’m psychic)
The SeriesName one probably too, at least I’m assuming sensing that’s the 2009 UK docu.
