Description of issue:
First off, sorry to be a pain… I know this issue must get raised a lot, I’ve been working on this and researching this issue since 8am and it’s now nearly 10PM. I’m a novice at Ubuntu and Sonarr so I’m stuck.
I’m trying to add my media folder into Sonarr ‘/mnt/nas/barry/plex/’ however, only /mnt/nas/ is being accepted. I have taken a look at the error and it says:
Invalid request Validation failed:
– Path: Folder is not writable by user sonarr
If I take a look in ubuntu my folder has drwxrwxrwx ‘root:users’. I’m not entirely sure what I’m doing, I’m very stuck and confused… please can someone help me?
