The 404 http return code on the original url should cause Sonarr clients to exponentially ratelimit and produce an UI warning. Hopefully ppl notice 
But let us know if you keep getting a significant number of requests from User Agent ‘Sonarr’. We’ve occasionally pushed url rewrites if the situation called for it.
