Not displaying information from Transmission

Sonarr version (exact version): 4.0.8.1874
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Ubuntu
Description of issue:
I search for a show, download it and go to Sonarr, but nothing is listed. I verified in Transmission that it is downloading. But when I go to Activity–>Queue, it says Queue is empty. Once the file is done, it doesn’t show up either. I tried going to the Options and unchecking the box for Show Unknown Series Items and it will then show different non-show downloads and display their progress, but not the tv show. In the logs I am providing below you will see that there are two pending downloads. The one that is a show doesn’t not appear in the queue, but the one that is not a show does. They both go to the same folder on the Transmission server, and they both have the same ownership and permissions on the actual folders and files that are being downloaded. Let me know if there’s anything else I can provide that would be helpful.

Debug logs:

This is usually related to not having a Category set in your download client settings, which is how Sonarr tracks downloads it should manage vs other downloads

This seems to have fixed it. It’s odd that I never needed it before though. Would you have any suggestions for folder permissions? Now that I see it in the list I can’t get the following error:

DownloadedEpisodesImportService|Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: /media/downloads/TV/Snowpiercer.S04E04.720p.WEBRip.x265-MiNX[TGx]. Ensure the path exists and the user running Sonarr has the correct permissions to access this file/folder

Currently Transmission uses the debian-transmission user/group to download the file and user assigned to Sonarr is user 1000, which I have added to the debian-transmission group, so it should work, but isn’t. Is there any recommendations you would have on fixing this?
