Not adding TV show to season folder

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.3.698
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 6.8.0.105
OS: QNAP TS 431-X V4.5.1.1495
Debug logs:

My download when adding series, creates the series. When I download an episode it does not create a season folder, but it copies the entire downloaded folder and places under the series folder. I have selected the use season folders in settings and checked individual TV show. I have also confirmed that there are write permission in qnap.

New to all this so any assistance would be welcomed.

cheers

This is over 300 builds behind, current version is 3.0.4.1024.

That’s not something Sonarr does.

20-12-6 21:02:07.9|Error|VideoFileInfoReader|mediainfo is required but was not found

It looks like Sonarr isn’t importing at all because mediainfo isn’t available.

Sonarr is trying to import from there, which means something else moved the files there.

Thanks for your reply @markus101.

I have just updated to the following…

Version - 3.0.4.1023
Mono Version - 6.8.0.105

That is the latest i could find.

I use SabNzbd as an indexer; perhaps i have incorrect settings there. Are you able to assist if I get you some further details?

Note; i have located this advice in the sonarr status tab. When i click the link to github for advice there is no mention of the error or how to resolve. i wonder if this is part of the problem.

||MediaInfo Library could not be loaded libmediainfo.so.0 assembly: type: member:(null)|

I assume you mean Download Client since it is not an indexer.
I can certainly try, first thing would be to make sure there aren’t any post-processing scripts moving the files and TV sorting is disabled in SAB. Also text the connection to SAB in Sonarr to make sure it’s not returning errors or warnings (it’ll look for common misconfigurations).

As for media info, that should be included with the QNAP package, I’m not sure where that package includes it/makes sure it’s available to Sonarr.

Thanks @markus101

I will look into the media info… in the meantime the following link is for screenshots of my SAB config. I haven’t changed anything yet. If you can take a look in the event it is obvious and I can learn from my config error…

I’m not seeing anything that jumps out in those screenshots.

Thanks for taking the time to look over @markus101

I might look at a fresh install for all apps and see if that fixes my issue.
