Sonarr version 2.0.0.4356: Mono version 4.2.1 (explicit/6dd2d0d Tue Nov 10 18:01:18 EST 2015): macOS Sierra 10.12: ((Debug logs)): https://www.dropbox.com/s/85d6f4zh4ljxw9g/sonarr.debug.txt?dl=0 (Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here) Description of issue: For some reason when I search for shows, there are zero results coming back from NZBGeek, which is my main account. I have Nzb.su also and all results are coming from there right now. My membership at NZBGeek is lifetime, and I’ve not made any changes to the API key or anything. When I click on the TEST button it comes back as OK.
Is anyone else with NZBGeek having issues?
1st time reporting anything like this on here, so I hope I included the relevant info.
I was looking through the log and I’m curious what your selection profile looks like. I keep seeing that the formats found are rejected because they are not enabled in the profile.
Depends on what the show is if I use SD, HD, 720p or Any. Stuff I really like is higher HD quality…stuff that I only have a passing interest in is usually SD (to save disk space.)
But when I do a manual search it always shows me every file that comes close, regardless of selection profile and from all indexers.Right now, all I get are Nzb.su results…not a single NZBGeek result. Usually both sites have 90% the same stuff, but my subscription to Nzb.su will end soon and I’ll need NZBGeek to work.
The reason I asked is that I can see in the log that nzbgeek is finding results for shows but is not downloading them because they do not meet the criteria profile for the show.
I have an nzbgeek account as well but I am not having the same issue. I can do a manual search and see results displayed back. So it seems to be isolated to your setup.
I’m wondering if its just the manual search results that’s having an issue since nzbgeek looks like its working in the log file. What happens if you disable all indexers except nzbgeek and add a new show? Have sonarr search when adding it so we can see if its just a display issue.
It’s odd…but sometimes a restart of Sonarr will start recognizing NZBgeek results, and sometimes not. When it is failing to return results for NZBgeek I don’t think it is just the manual searches, as after some results are automatically done my stats for daily grabs from NZBgeek do not change but NZB.su do.
When I get a chance later today I may remove all indexers from Sonarr, restart the machine and then re-add just NZBgeek and see what happens.
