Hello - I have recently come across an issue. For certain shows I am getting the message, “no results found”. However, when I go the website of the indexer I can find it. One specific example is Dateline NBC. This doesn’t happen for all shows, but random ones. Any help would be appreciated. When I go to DrunkenSlug and search for the recent dateline show, Murder in the House of Gucci, I can find it on the site.
What was unclear about the forum template? Why did you ignore the template and provide logs as a screenshot in direct contradiction to the forum template and the wiki that appears to have not been read? Not following directions makes providing any assistance 1000x more difficult than it needs to be.
Post the log file, not a line or two, or just the error from the Logs table
Post the full log to hone of the sites recommended in Logging and Log Files section of the wiki
Do not post them directly here. Post in .txt not .doc, .rtf or some other formatted document
Anyway -
Your screenshot shows nothing useful for debugging or providing support. In fact you managed to cutoff the part that would be useful - the query sent to the indexers.
With that said:
911
Your screenshot has nothing to do with searching for 911 but rather you’re searching for 911 Lone Star - a completely different show.
Season 3 of 911 Lone Star has not even aired yet thus there naturally would be no results.
What makes you believe that searching for a episodes that have not aired yet would have results?
Based on the lack of information you’ve provided, it appears everything is working perfectly normal and this is user error.
HOwever, when I go the website of the indexer I can find it.
Apologize for noob fail…I updated my post and posted a link to my log file via hastebin. Hopefully that will suffice. I updated my issue to the most recent Dateline episode as an example.
And what’s the name of the releases from your manual searching / on the site from going through the search troubleshooting?
A quick check on geek says that episode is not released in standard format but rather is daily- which is a common problem listed on the search troubleshooting
