No Indexers available in Sonarr - need help pls

Hello, I just installed Sonarr, trying to install NZBPlanet as an indexer, but cannot save and add.
I checked with NZBPlanet, and my setting are correct… so I’m not sure what I need to adjust.
I have setup NZBGet successfully.
I’m hoping someone has a thought or two that may help.
( I’m new to the news NZB world… been on torrents for a long time )
Thx, Thrasher

Did you add your API key ? (found on NZBPlanet)

  1. add your API key
  2. press test and see if you get any errors, if you don’t get errors goto tep 3
  3. press save and you’re done.

if you get a error we need to know what the error is.

Hello TRaSH, thank you…
Sorry, I should have been more descriptive… my bad.
So I setup my account with NZBPlanet, got my key, and put it into the indexers section under, preset Newsnab API Key… step 1 that you show.
Then I ran the test, and got an error, and was unable to save and add.
“Unable to connect to indexer, check the log for more details"
I went to the log,
” Newznab Unable to connect to indexer: Unable to connect to the remote server "
“NzbDroneErrorPipeline Invalid request Validation failed:
– Unable to connect to indexer, check the log for more details”

I’ve been able to setup uTorrent, and NZBGet with no issues.
I also went to the NZBPlanet help desk, and they said my setup looks good. ( I sent screenshots to them )
They even asked me to try removing API. from the URL… which I did, and didn’t help.

I appreciate any suggestions…
thanks
Thrasher…

Also, BTW, I just changed my modem… I thought that may be part of the issue… but it didn’t help. Same error.
I am using a gig modem
thanks

If the indexer isn’t running on the same system as Sonarr, I’d say bad proxy settings or some sort of malware.

Thank you Markus101

You Rock !!!
