No folder is created when adding a new series

Sonarr version (exact version): 4.0.16.2944
OS: Windows 11
Debug logs: PrivateBin
Description of issue: No folder is created when adding a new series

Sonarr goes through the motions of adding a series. It adds it to the library, but it does not create a series folder.
I have tried different root folders.
I have checked the Sonarr service permissions and the media file permissions.
I have reinstalled Sonarr.

Any help welcomed.

Well, I fixed my own problem. Who would have thought that “Create Empty Series Folders” would create a series folder when you add a new show?
