This is shown in Activity. I have checked the target directory and it exists, so that means Sonarr moved it fine. But it still exists with this error in Activity.
I have deleted the actual file by clicking on episode name and then the red X to the right of the listing. But upon refresh it shows back up. I have also rebooted immediately after doing this.
All I really want is it to leave my activity tab since I already know the file is in the right location.
What do the logs show after removing it (sounds like there might be an error)? Removing it from your download client will have the same effect as removing it from Sonarr’s queue if you just want it gone.
Thats the thing. The only errors are every couple minutes the 25+ shows that are in this status saying the same thing. They do not exist in my download client anymore. Basically Sonarr grabbed the shows, sent to download client, moved to correct location and removed from download client. But Sonarr is unaware it did this evidentally because of this error.
I’d expect a different error when you click remove, the errors/warnings that are being logged regularly are expected given the current state. If there isn’t a separate error when you click remove the only option is to remove it from your download client.
Which download client?
Which version of Sonarr?
Which version of mono (if applicable)?
Maybe I should have turned on debug before opening this up. It seems it is backlogged somehow. I must have downloaded too much too fast. In the debug logs it looks like it is slowing churning through all those files. How it exists in target and Sonarr hasn’t processed them yet I am not sure. But the info you requested is below either way.
It could occur if it was slowly importing things (that are part of a big season package), but then I wouldn’t expect to see the logs repeating the same message as it would be in the middle of importing. Of course imports from SAB should be quick if its on the same machine.
So after letting it run for a few days, nothing has changed. There is nothing in SAB and still have about 25 items that show as this status. But like I have said before, the files are already moved to the correct place by Sonarr.
They’re coming from SAB’s history. If you remove them from there Sonarr will stop tracking them.
Assuming Sonarr imported them, at this point I don’t think logs are going to be any use, they are just going to show what we already know. If the issue happens again it would be good to see debug logs to figure out why Sonarr didn’t properly mark them as imported internally. If Sonarr didn’t import them (imported prior to using Sonarr or via a 3rd party tool), then this is expected and the easiest way to fix the former case is to use a new category, to fix the latter case you can turn off Completed Download Handling and it should hide the results.
